Award winning The Quincy Hotel (click here) really showcases value for money with an all inclusive club value experience. The check in at the hotel was seamless and quick, the whole process only took about 3-4 minutes. The very contemporary 108 room boutique hotel is a stones throw away from Orchard Road Shopping district.

Our ‘Studio Deluxe’ room was very chic and spacious. There was a beautiful dark tone throughout the entire suite with black granite tiles highlighted by the stone feature wall that ran from one side to the other. At one end of our room, there was a daybed built into the window, which during the day was bathed in sunlight.
We had a king sized bed that was very comfy (we did the night safari the night of our stay at the Quincy Hotel and after a couple hours of walking around in Singapore’s humidity and a glass or two of red after, the bed with it’s 400 thread count and micro-fibre/ feather pillows felt like a cloud.)
The bathroom was roomy having a separate bath and rain shower. One side of the shower is a glass wall looking directly to the bed so luckily if you are after a little more privacy there is an automatic drape that comes down.
Food & Beverage:
The restaurant is on the ground level adjacent to the lobby. The open-concept kitchen, overlooks a little manicured lawn and garden which gives it that little bit more of a special something to what you would expect from most other boutique hotel restaurants. Unfortunately we did not get the chance to make full use of the restaurant because of our short turn around and prior commitments. Though we did get a chance to nibble on some of the rather large servings of canapés before we went off on our night adventure.
Pool & Gym:
On the upper leisure level, there is an infinity pool and gym area. While the gym is pretty small it was still practical. There is also a steam room and sauna which is a fantastic addition.
The glass-enclosed pool allows guests an uninterrupted view of orchard road from the 12th floor. As with many buildings in Singapore, the Quincy’s pool is not on the roof and is built between the hotels floors so the infinity pool is shielded from Singapore’s temperamental weather and can be enjoyed rain, hail or shine.

My stay with the The Quincy Hotel was entirely enjoyable. The friendly staff, the abundant facilities and services really ticked all the boxes. The hotel offers something for everyone, whether it’s the businessman/woman, family or couple. What is truly special about the Quincy Hotel is it’s all inclusive package. Wifi, full meals, snacks, cocktails, laundry, airport transfers and mini bar are all at no extra cost.
